For customers who placed orders on our Legacy platform, you will still be able to view those orders once they have shipped.
To access your Legacy Orders, start by logging into your account. If you had an account in our old platform, please do not create a new account. Just reset your password and then continue with the login process.
Please note that only orders were migrated to the new system; quotes were not.
If your order was in progress at the time of the migration, it will not appear in the Legacy Orders section until the order has shipped.
