What Do We Guarantee?

We guarantee that we will ship at least 50% of your finished pc board assemblies within the promised turn-time. We try for all of them, but we guarantee 50% of them to be shipped by that date.

We guarantee this for jobs that fall within our "Standard Assembly Process".

PCB Assembly On Time

Screaming Circuits® believes our most valuable service to customers is being able to deliver quality product, on-time. On each order we process we clearly and plainly list the start date and ship date, so from the beginning of your order the ship date is communicated clearly.

• 97.8% On-time delivery for all of 2007
• 99.6% On-time delivery for the 2nd half of 2007

Screaming Circuits will do everything possible to ensure on-time or early delivery for all orders. Remember, that we consider your order to be on-time if at least 50% of your assembled pc boards are shipped on the promised date.

If we deliver a day late, the assembly labor for your order is half price. If we are a 2nd day late, your kitted order is on the house — no charge. Please note that problems with your files and kit or the addition of non-standard services may cause delays that are not covered by this guarantee.

On orders where you provide all the components, Screaming Circuits guarantees on-time delivery. On-time delivery means at least 50% of your order will ship the day it is due.

• If we are 1 day late, your order is half price.
• If we are 2 days late, your order is free.

On orders where Screaming Circuits purchases the materials, we still guarantee an on-time delivery date. On-time delivery means at least 50% of your order will ship the day it is due.

• If we are 1 day late, the labor portion of your order is half price.
• If we are 2 days late, the labor portion of your order is free.

Work days and "Start" times'

We are subject to things outside of our control, like weather, which can cause delays with your receipt of finished product. These kind of delays, as they are out of our control, would not be included in the delivery guarantee.

• We work weekdays except for holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward turn-times.
• Your files need to be here and complete the day before your kit arrives. Then, on the start day, if your kit is here and complete before noon, we will start the turn-time clock that day. If not, we will start the clock on the day that we have a complete and correct kit and files set before noon.
